Joe Gene Mulbah is a Co-founder and managing partner of Magowi Consulting Group. He is an Architect with over 20 years of experience in Liberia and the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Joe has extensive expertise in architectural designs and project management. Joe is also an expert in the cultural setting and doing business in the West African sub-region as it relates to project management and development.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture and is a candidate for a Master degree in Project Management. For the past 21 years, Joe served as the Founder & President/CEO of one of Liberia’s most outstanding architecture and construction company (MUSONS GROUP, INC.).
On the national stage, Joe serves as a key advisor to the Vice President of the Republic of Liberia, the Honorable Joseph N. Boakai, on issues relating to national infrastructural development projects.
Joe is a strong advocate for the advancement of project management and construction technology in sub-Saharan Africa. He has attended numerous national and international conferences and he has participated in training programs with an emphasis on leadership, project management and the advancement of construction technology.
On June 30, 2017, Musons Group, Inc. received a ratified fifteen-year Investment Incentive Agreement (IIA) from the Government of Liberia (GoL). The IIA grants Musons’ Group exclusive rights and incentives for the development of a modern tourist resort in Marshall, Margibi County, Republic of Liberia. The resort will enhance the GoL’s tourism sector with emphasis on developing many natural destinations around the country, thereby, taking development to the general citizenry. MCG is playing a key role in the development of tourism in Liberia.
Joe is a humanitarian, volunteer and an avid social consultant who works with various youth groups and women organizations through economic empowerment and training. After the civil war in Liberia, it has become Joe’s passion to positively impact the lives of his fellow Liberians.
Joe is a family man who is happily married with four ( 4 ) children ( two boys and two girls ).
